Fantastic massage! I booked after neglecting my body for a decade or so. Dan's work is professional and caring in a comfortable space. He advised on fascia work and a combination of deep tissue work followed by relaxation massage. His communication is excellent, letting you know where, how, what and why he is working on a area of the body which was not only reassuring but also very interesting. Wow I have experience ld neck and shoulder pain for years. I have been to many clinicians (physio, acupuncture, bowen therapy and cortisone injections) to get relief. I was so looking forward to my appointment which did not disappoint ! I have been dealing with extremely tight hips & glutes, sore abductors, shins, achillies & feet for a long time, had extensive treatment in the past elsewhere which helped but never fixed the ongoing issues. Dan was extremely knowledgeable , the fascia work was next level. I personally think this was a step above any other treatment I have had over the years. Highly recommended for people rehabilitating from sporting injuries or surgeries as I have had multiple knee reconstructions/ surgeries , shin splints, plantar fasciitis & achilles tendonitis.
